Radium Springs: The Life and Times of Neeves Washington Bryant, Volume 2, Books 3 and 4

    Walker Chandler

After his adventures in Utah, Neeves returns to Blue Springs south of Albany, Georgia, where he continues to study ancient and modern medicine, eventually learning from the old Spaniard, Roberto de la Garza, the ancient secrets of what was known to the Indians as The Well of Living Water.

Throughout all of the volumes, Neeves tells of the women he has loved, the mores and practices of the times, of his family and friends and the sometimes-terrible trials and tribulations of the post-War South. He tells of the lynching of his friend’s son and of his role in its terrible aftermath.

He describes other travels, including those to France during World War One and recounts the true history of the Well and of the role that its secrets and responsibilities impose upon its guardians.
